Space Planning: Together, we review several floor plans and discuss how you'll use the space. We'll estimate the design and remodeling scope and costs, helping you weigh the benefits of each option to create your perfect design.
Pricing and Agreement: We'll review the final plans and pricing in detail to ensure there are no surprises. When you're satisfied, we'll sign the contract and start the project.
Final Walkthrough: After completion, we'll conduct a final walkthrough, answer any remaining questions, and create a punch list. We won't leave until you're fully satisfied. That's the cornerstone of our process and collaboration.
